Condo 302 is a two-level, two-bedroom residence with ocean views and located on the third floor of its villa. The master suite, kitchen and living area with balcony terrace is on the main floor with a spiral staircase leading to the second bedroom and bath. The upstairs bedroom has two twin beds that make into a king bed if desired.The upstairs bathroom has the only soaker tub in the development along with a separate shower. Another private balcony terrace lies off the second level bedroom. This residence is also available as one-bedroom rental.
Also located in the much sought after Phase 2 of the Club La Costa Development, this 1,325 square-foot condo enjoys the same benefits of our other residences only on a grander scale. The ocean views from both terraces distinguishes this condo from the others.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund.
Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
Travel Insurance
We highly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance. We cannot control the weather or personal issues and therefore cannot be responsible.
We stayed at this condo in early December 2018 and it was great. Everything was as advertised – the condo was comfortable and well equipped. The pools are close to the unit; the restaurants and shops are walking distance. We really enjoyed it!
