Across the street from the white sand beach and an easy walk to the colonial charm of San José del Cabo. A perfect location to rejuvenate offering everything you may require. Condo 204 is located within the private, gated portion of the Club La Costa development designated Phase 2. This Phase 2 of La Costa is newer and a step above its neighboring Phase 1. Restaurants, bars, and shopping are within a one-block walk to the Plaza de Pescador mall.
Enjoy three separate heated swimming pools, each with its own Jacuzzi’ one featuring a no-host swim up palapa bar. Watch the sunrise with your coffee from the terrace, explore the rich history of the San José mission and surrounding plaza. Dine in one of several unique restaurants from simple to gourmet followed by a nightcap on your private balcony. The second- floor level enjoyes an afternoon and evening breeze.

Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund.

Travel Insurance
We highly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance. We cannot control the weather or personal issues and therefore cannot be responsible.
La Costa is a quiet condo complex with nice pool areas. In front is a street with several good restaurants and some stores. Half a block down, across the street is the public access to a beautiful long sandy beach where some people play in the big waves and others just enjoy walking for miles. The estuary is a 10 minute walk and the main town square is about a 25 min walk.
Unit 204 is bright and comfortable. The decor is cheerful and the kitchen is particularly well equipped. We also enjoyed the use of the BBQ, the bath robes, the beach chairs and umbrella and the coolers. We would recommend this unit.
