Condo 102 is a charming one-bedroom with large kitchen area located adjacent to Condo 103 on the ground floor and only a few steps to one of three swimming pools and Jacuzzis, one featuring a no-host, swim-up palapa bar. Located across the street from the public beach access and only a short walk to the heart of colonial downtown San José del Cabo. An ideal location with everything in mind. Enjoy your morning coffee on the large patio in the quiet backyard. Select a book from the community lending library to read by the pool with your favorite beverage and snack. Enjoy a nap on the comfortable king-size bed followed by a perfect evening strolling the cobblestone streets of old San José before or after a romantic dinner.

We highly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance. We cannot control the weather or personal issues and therefore cannot be responsible.
We had a great and relaxing time in San Jose del Cabo and our accommodation was perfect as a home base. Comfortable suite with full kitchen, great patio with BBQ all set in beautiful grounds pools. Convenient to amenities: 15 minute walk to groceries, 5 minutes to restaurants and beach. Thoughtful hosts that even picked us up at the airport. Now that’s a real perk! Recommended.
